The apartment is located in calle José Abascal on the corner with calle Ponzano. It has a big living room, two rooms, two bathrooms and a stand-alone kitchen. The living room is equipped with a gas fireplace and it has two exteriors balconies facing calle José Abascal. The windows are the original ones of the apartment and finished in pickled natural wood. The cast iron radiators are the original ones too.

The kitchen is equipped with all appliances (refrigerator, oven, vitro and extractor hood) and it has a DEKTON worktop.

The worktop wall is marble finished. Three glass and metal stained doors separate the living room with the kitchen and the corridor. All the wooden doors of the apartment are custom made and reach the ceiling. The floor of the house is a solid oak parquet and herringbone placed. The apartment is equipped with a gas boiler and air conditioning pre-installation. The two bathrooms are fully equipped and one of them is located inside the main room. Both rooms have custom made wooden wardrobes.
